When customers use our services, Araki F Machine Store (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will ask them to disclose information necessary for transactions and contact, such as their name, address, telephone number, and email address. 1) In order to refuse use of the service to those who order products for fraudulent purposes, we will provide order information regarding transactions that we determine to have been used for fraudulent purposes to Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd.
2) Except as stated above, we will not disclose personal information to third parties without the customer's consent. However, this does not apply in the following cases.
・When requested by a public institution such as a court or police based on laws and regulations
・When there are special provisions in laws and regulations
・When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the customer or a third party, and the consent of the person in question cannot be obtained
・When it is necessary to protect or defend our rights, property, or services from actions that violate laws and regulations or our terms of use and precautions, and the consent of the person in question cannot be obtained

If a customer requests disclosure of personal information, it will only be disclosed if we can confirm that the person in question is the customer in question.
